Hawkeye Realty specializes in serving the rural areas of Mountainair, the Estancia Valley, and the Manzano Mountains. Torrance County is our home and we enjoy working here in the rural Southwest.

Todd fell in love with the Southwest and its culture while visiting Mountainair, New Mexico in 1999.  He and his family moved here in 2006 to work with Eagles’ Wings Youth Ranch, a non-profit for disadvantaged, at-risk youth. Serving at Eagles’ Wings opened doors for him to expand his service to the local community as a Real Estate Broker with Hawkeye Realty in 2014. He purchased Hawkeye Realty from John Warren in 2021.

He, his wife Jennifer, and their children enjoy working with the many animals that come with rural living and keeping busy with the joys of raising a family in the country. They have planted “roots” here in the local communities surrounding Mountainair. Todd looks forward to helping you find the home of your dreams or the land to build that home on.
