John Warren
John returned to New Mexico and its great high desert climate in 1991 after spending 24 years in Alaska. While in Alaska he owned his own business, built two homes for his family and a remote lodge on Lake Clark.
Having been raised on ranches in Texas and New Mexico, John has always had a deep rooted love for ranching. He and his wife Lynn, purchased land near the Manzano Mountains where they built their home. They continue to foster their love for ranching on their small ranch inTorrance County, New Mexico.

Landon Newton – Associate Broker
Landon Newton
Born and raised in Springer, New Mexico, Landon grew up involved in a small family ranching operation. After graduating from High School, he attended New Mexico State University where he received a degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance.
Landon started his career with Western Bank in Springer, NM in 1978. He worked in the Banking/Lending Industries in New Mexico and Colorado until 2007. During his career, Landon specialized primarily in Agricultural Lending. He worked closely with the ranching and farming industries in New Mexico for the past 30 years. In June of 2009, Landon joined Hawkeye Realty where he will use his previous experience to help both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
